Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan<\/b> launched for the second consecutive day <\/b>a fierce attack <\/b>against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu , using particularly harsh language <\/b>against the Israeli leadership and warning of \u201caccountability<\/b>\u201d for the crimes<\/b>, as he put it, in Gaza<\/b>.<\/p>\n
In remarks made during event <\/b>marking the 158th anniversary <\/b>of the founding of the Red Crescent<\/b>, Erdogan described Israel <\/b>as a source of destabilization and violence in the region, directly accusing the current Israeli government of division and bloodshed.<\/b><\/p>\n
\u201cIsrael, under its current leadership, has turned into a factory of discord<\/b>, whose raw material is nothing but blood and tears, nothing but instability and chaos. Those who attack our region, like sharks <\/b>that smell blood<\/b>, will ultimately be held accountable for the blood they have spilled; the cry of the oppressed,<\/b> which makes the heavens tremble, will sooner or later grab the tyrants <\/b>by the collar,\u201d said the Turkish president.<\/p>\n
The Turkish president continued in even stronger tones,<\/b> drawing historical parallels <\/b> and issuing a direct warning to those who, as he said, engage in practices of authoritarianism and violence.<\/b><\/p>\n
