In his response, the minister in charge states that \u201cthe institutional framework of the program has been finalized\u201d and announces that \u201cfollowing decisions by the Board of Directors of the State Scholarships Foundation (IKY), 310 scholarships will be awarded for the completion of doctoral dissertations, with a total budget of 13.392 million euros.\u201d As noted in the response, \u201cthe signing of the revised Joint Ministerial Decision is pending, in order for the relevant announcement to be issued by IKY.\u201d<\/p>\n
