However, this request completely omitted the name of Grigoris Dimitriadis, who, incidentally… coincidentally and with enviable persistence, is being called for a hearing by PASOK, SYRIZA, and… Konstantopoulou’s party to be summoned for a hearing.

A few hours later, however, Dimitris Natsios’s party appears to have changed its mind, and so on June 11 a new supplementary (!!!) request was filed, this time also calling for the summons of Grigoris Dimitriadis.

However, the fact that this addition was made at a later stage is what raises the most questions. Because if his summons had been part of NIKI’s plan from the start, one would expect it to be included in the original request of June 9 and not appear two days later, after the reactions (and some… random media reports in outlets aligned with Vangelis Marinakis) that had already emerged.

And of course the key question is which “Holy Spirit” prompted Natsios’s party to change course and submit the supplementary motion.

In any case, it should be noted that the case was “reignited” in Parliament by PASOK and SYRIZA following businessman V. Marinakis’s unprovoked attack on G. Dimitriadis at the T-Center.

Since then, the parties of the toxic opposition have been attempting—entirely coincidentally—to reheat the… predator soup, ultimately forcing Niki to join forces (alas) with them.

For the record and for the sake of… practicality, it is worth mentioning that on June 11 there was a critical article on in.gr, affiliated with Vangelis Marinakis, titled “Parliament: The political maneuvering to keep Dilyan from being summoned and the Right’s ‘backing’ of Dimitriadis.” On the very same day that Natsios’s Niki… saw the light of truth and filed a supplementary (!!!) motion calling for the summons of Gr. Dimitriadis.

The final decision on the summons of both Mr. Dimitriadis and Mr. Dilian is expected to be made either at the end of next week or at the beginning of the week after that, when the Committee on Institutions and Transparency is scheduled to meet.

In closing, it should be noted that “the Committee may summon state officials, as well as any public figure, to a hearing on matters concerning the functioning of institutions and transparency, and their attendance is mandatory.” And we mention this to demonstrate how the toxic opposition approaches these issues, since, as is common knowledge, neither Dimitriadis is a civil servant, nor, of course, is the convicted Dillian a public figure. And then they wonder in PASOK what’s wrong with them and are dying of curiosity…

Niki’s flowery statement

“From the very beginning, Niki has consistently stood for the full clarification of this case through the subpoena of Mr. Dilian and the presentation of the evidence in his possession, followed by the summons of Grigoris Dimitriadis based on this evidence. Any claim that portrays it as absent or uncooperative in this effort does not correspond to reality,” Niki states in her announcement and continues.

“To set the record straight, we are publishing the relevant requests submitted by Niki MP and member of the Committee on Institutions and Transparency, Ms. Aspasia Kouroupaki, to the Chair of the Special Standing Committee on Institutions and Transparency of the Hellenic Parliament. We hope that these specific reports are due to a misunderstanding or incomplete information and not to an attempt to unjustifiably question the credibility, consistency, and institutional presence of the Movement.

The effort to fully uncover the truth in the wiretapping case is a matter of democratic responsibility. Niki will continue to serve this effort with seriousness, documentation, and full respect for the institutions,” the statement concludes.

Niki Natsiou is in a precarious position (as evidenced by her own documents) regarding the summons of individuals in the case of …

[3

post-10453","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politics
["GET
