It is an operational necessity. Energy security, diversified supply chains and strategic autonomy in critical infrastructure are now at the core of macroeconomic stability.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive\"><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>At the same time, another transformation is underway, more quietly but just as decisive.
