Starting today, eligibility certificates are being issued for the program “Home Renovation” program, with a subsidy of up to 95%, grant of up to 36,000 euros, and starting September 1.<\/p>\n

Eligibility certificates available starting today<\/h3>\n

The process for issuing the process for issuing certificates of eligibility<\/strong> for the new program \u201cHome Renovation”<\/strong>, with a total budget of 500 million euros<\/strong>, which concerns the renovation<\/strong> and the mild energy upgrades<\/b> of older homes.<\/p>\n

Interested parties can already use their Taxisnet<\/strong>, check whether they meet the eligibility criteria in order to prepare for the submission of applications<\/strong>, which will begin on September 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Who is eligible for the aid – Amounts and criteria<\/h3>\n

The program provides for subsidy<\/strong> of up to 95%<\/strong> of the cost of the work, with a maximum grant amount of 36,000 euros<\/strong> per residence or 300 euros per square meter<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The highest subsidy rate applies to residences in mountainous<\/strong> and island regions<\/strong>, as well as households belonging to vulnerable social groups<\/strong>, such as large families<\/strong> and single-parent families<\/strong> and people with disabilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Eligible properties are those with a building permit<\/strong> issued by the end of 1990<\/strong>, with a floor area of up to 120 square meters<\/strong>. For families with three children<\/strong> and larger families<\/strong>, the limit increases to 150 square meters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the same time, residences must belong to energy class C<\/strong>, not have been included in a corresponding program after <strong data-start="1686" data-end="January 1, 2020<\/strong>, and not be registered under a short-term lease<\/strong> scheme.<\/p>\n

Homes that either remain vacant<\/strong> during the two-year period 2024\u20132025<\/strong> or occupied<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The evaluation<\/strong> of applications will take place in stages. Priority will be given to applications involving lower amounts of subsidy<\/strong>, while applications approaching the maximum aid limit of 36,000 euros<\/strong> will be reviewed next.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
