According to the journalist, the proposals put forward do not answer the question of how government policy will be effectively implemented. <\/p>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"leq3qq\" data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"930\">     \u201cCompanies do not implement social policy\u201d <\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"932\" data-end=\"1299\">     <strong data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"953\">Aris Portosalte<\/strong> argued that <strong data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"993\">social policy<\/strong> cannot be implemented by public enterprises or organizations, specifically citing Public Transportation <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1113\"><\/strong>and the <strong data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1128\">Public Power Corporation<\/strong>. As he noted, responsibility for implementing social policy lies exclusively with the <strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1224\">state<\/strong>, which collects tax revenues and decides how to allocate them. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1301\" data-end=\"1601\">     In fact, he cited as an example the possibility of the state funding <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1380\">DEI<\/strong> with specific funds so that it can provide free electricity to citizens, emphasizing that in such a case, it would be clear that the cost is covered by citizens\u2019 <strong data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1552\">taxes<\/strong> and not by the company itself. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1883\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">     Concluding his remarks, the journalist argued that the opposition has still not learned from previous years of governance, noting that beyond <strong data-start=\"1783\" data-end=\"1795\">populism<\/strong>, the way in which it formulates its policy proposals is also problematic. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"el\" dir=\"ltr\">Portosalte: \u201cTsipras is back with the same ideological obsession, the same populism.
