The… sensitivities of Alexis Tsipras<\/b> regarding the rule of law, which, by general admission, he has not treated very well, were highlighted by journalist Manos Voularinos<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Prompted by the attempt by the prime minister of SYRIZA-ANEL<\/b> to convince, in his speech at the 7th OT Forum, that during his administration he did not violate any rule of democracy, the SKAI journalist recalled just three little things that Alexis Tsipras would rather forget: the conviction of two of his ministers, the attempt to silence TV channels, and the Novartis scandal.<\/p>\n

\u201cAlexis told us some other very nice things: \u201cI governed for five years; I believe I did not violate any rule of democracy. My record has been documented as an honorable one.\u201d That\u2019s right, only two of his ministers were convicted. He only wanted to shut down two or three TV channels because he didn\u2019t like them. And he only set up one conspiracy to put the entire opposition in jail,\u201d Manos Voularinos said pointedly.<\/p>\n
