The Regional Units of Ilia and Cadastral Registry, the Regional Units of Ilia and Messenia<\/b>, with the integration of their remaining areas into the digital management system of real estate<\/b> of the Hellenic Cadastre. <\/p>\n
Specifically, on Monday, June 15, 2026<\/b>, the following municipalities were incorporated into the Cadastre system: Andravida-Kyllini, Andritsaina-Krestena, Ancient Olympia, Zacharo, Elis, Peneus, and Pyrgos<\/b> of the Regional Unit of Ilia in the Region of Western Greece, and the municipalities of Western Mani, Kalamata, Messini, Oichalia, Pylos\u2013Nestoras, and Trifyllia, <\/b>in the Regional Unit of Messinia in the Peloponnese Region.<\/p>\n
The incorporation of 432,806<\/b> properties<\/b> and 441,614<\/b> rights<\/b> in the Regional Unit of Ilia and 533,744<\/b> properties<\/b> and 583,890 rights <\/b>in the Regional Unit of Messinia, furthermore, under the land registry system, it ushers in a new era of speed, transparency, and legal certainty in transactions, eliminating bureaucracy and making daily life easier for citizens and professionals. <\/p>\n
With the inclusion of these new regions, Ilia and Messinia <\/b> are gaining a comprehensive and modern Land Registry, leaving time-consuming traditional procedures behind for good. Citizens and professionals gain immediate access to digital services that guarantee transparency, speed, and the absolute protection of their real estate. <\/p>\n
Furthermore, the comprehensive recording of legal and geographic information for all properties simplifies daily transactions and serves as the key driver for proper spatial planning and attracting new investment initiatives to the regions.<\/p>\n
The Deputy Minister of Digital Governance, Christos Dermentzopoulos, stated: <\/b>\u201c<\/i>Two more major Regional Units in our country are acquiring a complete, digital Cadastre.
