The Minister of Justice George Floridis assessed that the PASOK will come under pressure, as it is accused of being unable to put together a credible alternative governance proposal. <\/p>\n

George Floridis on PASOK\u2014sharp criticism of rhetoric and policy choices <\/h3>\n

George Floridis on SKAI<\/strong> argued that PASOK<\/strong> \u201cwill come under pressure,\u201d since, as he noted, in recent years it has failed to define a policy<\/strong> that would make it a serious and credible opposition force<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

At the same time, the minister accused the party of choosing to \u201ctag along\u201d behind fringe parties<\/strong>, specifically citing its march behind Zoe Konstantopoulou. <\/p>\n

He also noted that PASOK<\/strong> adopted extreme rhetoric<\/strong> and perpetuated conspiracy theories<\/strong>, a fact which, in his view, painted the picture of a party operating according to the logic of marginal political group<\/strong> rather than a historic party<\/strong> that has governed the country. <\/p>\n

In closing, Giorgos Floridis<\/strong> assessed that this particular political course is already taking a toll on PASOK<\/strong>, adding that it remains to be seen whether this cost will ultimately prove to be particularly burden<\/strong> for the party. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
