Criticism <\/b>Douka<\/b> against Anna Diamantopoulou<\/b> against the backdrop of her remarks regarding positive aspects of the government\u2019s fiscal policy and the country\u2019s favorable image abroad.<\/p>\n

In a post, the mayor of Athens<\/b> states that \u201cthe views expressed today by Ms. Diamantopoulou<\/b>, in which she commends the New Democracy government<\/b> for its successes in fiscal policy<\/b> and the country\u2019s image abroad<\/b>, do not reflect the views of PASOK<\/b>. Given this, it comes as no surprise to me that it finds the calls for dialogue within the progressive camp ridiculous,\u201d<\/b> said Mr. Doukas<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The views expressed today by Ms. Diamantopoulou, in which she praises the New Democracy government for its fiscal successes and the country\u2019s image abroad, do not reflect the views of PASOK.<\/p>\n

After hearing these remarks, I\u2019m not surprised that she finds the positions ridiculous\u2026<\/p>\n

This followed a pointed statement by Ms. Diamantopoulou<\/b> against the backdrop of Doukas\u2019s proposal<\/b>, regarding cooperation <\/b>in a possible second round of elections for PASOK with ELAS led by Alexis Tsipras<\/b>.<\/p>\n
