Some present themselves as the sole holders of the truth, without considering that there is a vast segment of society that may not speak out or express itself publicly, but ultimately shapes the course of events. Nor do they take into account that even if a segment of society has formed an opinion, it is ready to reconsider it once the dust settles and a truth emerges that differs from the one they had been convinced of. Yesterday we saw a very telling example.<\/b><\/p>\n
Would anyone have expected, last year during the major rallies marking the anniversary of Tempi that parents or other citizens would turn en masse against Zoe Konstantopoulou? <\/b>I don\u2019t think so. These are times when we\u2019ve been inundated with theories about xylol and the missing train cars, and from morning till night, every single political party repeats three words: cover-up, concealment, crime.<\/p>\n
People and political parties, trolls and bots\u2014they\u2019re all repeating them.<\/b> We\u2019re living in a state of confusion. So-called experts describe to us exactly where the concrete slabs with the xylene were, Maria Karystianou is gaining enormous popularity, and while her public discourse is taking on increasingly clear political characteristics, no one dares even to point it out.<\/p>\n
During the same period, Zoe Konstantopoulou is at the height of her political glory, denouncing them all.
