Niki Kerameos<\/b> highlighted the country\u2019s impressive progress in the area of Collective Bargaining Agreements<\/b> over the past year, presenting the Greek National Social Agreement as a model at the European<\/b> level.<\/p>\n

Among the significant steps forward Greece has made in the field of labor relations<\/b> and social dialogue, the Minister of Labor, Niki Kerameos<\/b>, on the occasion of her participation in an international panel in Brussels<\/b>. Ms. Kerameos compared the situation in the recent past with the current state of affairs, highlighting the positive shift achieved through government initiatives<\/b>. As she pointed out, \u201ca year ago, our country still had a long way to go in the areas of social dialogue and collective bargaining agreements<\/b>.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, the minister emphasized that the institutional reforms and the signing of the new cooperation platform between the social partners have borne fruit, radically changing the country\u2019s position on the European map of labor rights. \u201cToday, one year later, and following the conclusion and implementation of the National Social Agreement on Collective Labor Agreements, Greece has emerged as a model to be emulated and a source of inspiration for Europe<\/b>,\u201d emphasized Ms. Kerameos<\/b>.<\/p>\n
