According to emergency services, one person was seriously injured and taken to the hospital. <\/p>\n<p>     \u201cAt approximately 1:40 a.m., we were called to respond to a railway accident, where two trains appear to have collided, derailed, and partially fallen off a bridge,\u201d said the spokesperson for the Munich Fire Department, <strong>Johannes Sch\u00f6rer<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h3>     Causes of the collision in Germany remain unknown <\/h3>\n<p>     Approximately 60 rescue workers and firefighters were initially deployed to the scene, with the number of personnel later reduced as the situation was brought under control. <\/p>\n<p>     The relevant authorities are investigating the causes that led to the collision of the two trains, though they have not yet announced any preliminary findings. <\/p>\n<p>     Meanwhile, crews have begun work to remove the railcars and repair damage to the infrastructure. Estimates suggest the process may take several days. <\/p>\n<h3>     There were no hazardous materials in the cargo <\/h3>\n<p>     The contents of the cargo have not been disclosed. However, the police clarified that no <strong>hazardous substances<\/strong> were being transported and that there is no threat to the general public. <\/p>\n<p>     Authorities are also considering keeping a section of the area\u2019s road network closed until Sunday to ensure that recovery operations can be completed safely. <\/p>\n<p>     According to a spokesperson for <strong>Deutsche Bahn<\/strong>, the accident occurred on a line used exclusively for <strong>freight transport<\/strong>.
