public sector are set to receive significant financial support, as payments of the <strong data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1563\">allowance for hazardous and unhealthy work<\/strong> for specific positions within the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1862\">The relevant <strong data-start=\"1654\" data-end=\"1681\">Joint Ministerial Decision<\/strong> provides for retroactive payments starting from <strong data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1740\">July 1, 2025<\/strong>, with amounts ranging from <strong data-start=\"1772\" data-end=\"1794\">840 to 1,800 euros<\/strong>, depending on each employee\u2019s category and length of service.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1864\" data-end=\"2023\">A basic requirement is that beneficiaries be employed full-time and exclusively in workplaces and job roles that justify the payment of the allowance.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"qm55q9\" data-start=\"2025\" data-end=\"2068\">The two categories of beneficiaries and the amounts<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2164\">The ministerial decision divides beneficiaries into two groups, with different allowance amounts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2166\" data-end=\"2199\">The first category includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2382\">\n<li data-section-id=\"q20h00\" data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2332\"> Employees in the <strong data-start=\"2224\" data-end=\"2242\">PE Geotechnical<\/strong> sector with a specialization in <strong data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2274\">PE Veterinarians<\/strong>, except for those serving exclusively in administrative positions. <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pceoqk\" data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2382\">Staff <strong data-start=\"2345\" data-end=\"2381\">Indoor Cleaning Workers<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2448\">These employees will receive <strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2447\">150 euros per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2450\" data-end=\"2556\">The second category includes employees working in the ministry\u2019s organizational units, such as:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2714\">\n<li data-section-id=\"19kc0ej\" data-start=\"2558\" data-end=\"2583\"> <strong data-start=\"2560\" data-end=\"2583\">Laboratory chemists<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kfk1bg\" data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2610\"> <strong data-start=\"2586\" data-end=\"2610\">Laboratory Agronomists<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"yak3k5\" data-start=\"2611\" data-end=\"2636\"> <strong data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2636\">Food technologists<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1ibyl96\" data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2685\"> <strong data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2685\">Medical and Biological Laboratory Assistants<\/strong> <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"tueuyi\" data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2714\"> Other related professions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2716\" data-end=\"2777\">For these professionals, the allowance is set at <strong data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2776\">70 euros per month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"um7oh0\" data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2820\">When does payment of the allowance cease<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2920\">The granting of the allowance is directly linked to the employee\u2019s duties and working conditions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2922\" data-end=\"3122\">If an employee is removed, for any reason, from the position or role that justifies the provision of the allowance, payment is immediately suspended at the discretion of the competent authority.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3124\" data-end=\"3166\">Furthermore, the allowance is not paid to:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3261\">\n<li data-section-id=\"lawvub\" data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3202\"> Heads of organizational units. <\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"19awfro\" data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3261\"> Employees who perform exclusively administrative duties. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3422\">However, there is an exception for certain heads of organizational units who continue to provide services in areas where the conditions for granting the allowance apply.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3424\" data-end=\"3526\">In addition, employees on <strong data-start=\"3465\" data-end=\"3489\">union leave<\/strong> continue to receive it as usual.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"12bt2v6\" data-start=\"3528\" data-end=\"3588\">On the table: retroactive payments for retired employees<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3590\" data-end=\"3775\">At the same time, the Ministry of Labor is pushing forward measures concerning <strong data-start=\"3663\" data-end=\"3693\">working retirees<\/strong>, paving the way for retroactive payments averaging <strong data-start=\"3760\" data-end=\"3774\">2,500 euros<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3777\" data-end=\"3972\">The changes are linked to the <strong data-start=\"3806\" data-end=\"3838\">recalculation of pensions<\/strong> and apply to those who continued working after retirement and subsequently ceased their professional activity.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3974\" data-end=\"4173\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The regulation is estimated to affect tens of thousands of retirees, who expect both increases in their benefits and the payment of retroactive amounts resulting from the new calculation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Public sector
