Lidl Hellas successfully completed its Passover <\/b>action in cooperation with Make-A-Wish Greece<\/b>, demonstrating for the 3rd consecutive year its commitment to provide strength to children suffering from serious illnesses.<\/p>\n
From Thursday 26 March to M. Saturday 11 April 2026, Lidl Plus app users became part of a great chain of love. With every scan of their digital card, the company donated \u20ac0.05 to the charity<\/b>. During this period, a total of 2,201,753 scans were recorded, raising an impressive \u20ac110,088. However, recognizing the importance of the Make-A-Wish <\/b>(Make-A-Wish Greece)<\/b> project, the company proceeded to offer a total amount of 120,000 euros.<\/b><\/p>\n
This year’s campaign, starring paralympian and Lidl Hellas ambassador, Antonis Tsapatakis,<\/b>showed the power of giving through a simple “5-minute” gesture. Thanks to the enthusiastic response of consumers<\/b>, this amount will be used to fulfill children’s wishes which add to the 26 wishes<\/b> that have already been fulfilled since the start of the partnership in 2024.<\/p>\n
This action takes on special significance this year, as Make-A-Wish Greece completes 30 years of action in Greece. <\/b>At a time when more than 272 children are waiting for their wish to be granted , Lidl Hellas<\/b> continues to actively support the work of the organisation, turning the daily shopping experience into a meaningful social contribution<\/b>.<\/p>\n
