Finalizing 889,036 pre-cleared returns<\/b> tax returns (149,460 or as a percentage, 20.2% more than last year), which total 999.523 natural persons<\/b> (163,757 or 19.6% more VAT numbers than in 2025), the Independent Authority for Public Revenues has<\/b>completed the automated submission process.<\/p>\n
The taxpayers <\/b>can check the pre-cleared return submitted automatically on the myAADE<\/b> digital portal (myaade.gov.gr), in the path<\/b>: Applications > Popular Applications > Tax Returns (E1-E2-E3) > Login to the Application, by selecting DECLARATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2026, using their personal TaxisNET<\/b> codes.<\/b><\/p>\n
Also, through myAADEap<\/b>, in the Income section of myWallet,<\/b> they can download their Declaration and Tax Return<\/b>, selecting the year 2026.<\/p>\n
However, in case the data, on the basis of which the pre-cleared returns were finalized, is incorrect or incomplete:<\/b><\/p>\n
* taxpayers need to file an amendment return<\/b> to amend and\/or complete the correct data.<\/p>\n
* the amending return is submitted without cancellations, <\/b>as it takes the place of an original return if submitted on or before Wednesday 7\/15\/2026.<\/p>\n
In addition, the AADE points out that the tax determined through the automatic finalization is not automatically offset<\/b> against any monetary claims<\/b> of the taxpayer against the State before the general deadline for filing returns (15\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n
The submission of personal income tax returns for the tax year 2025 continues uninterrupted<\/b> and to date a total of 2,283,103 returns have been submitted.<\/p>\n
