Aris Portosalte<\/strong>, speaking on the show \u201cToday\u201d on SKAI<\/strong>, referred to the newspaper To Manifesto<\/strong>, claiming that he is continuing his investigation into the OPEKEPE scandal<\/strong>, focusing on illegal funding<\/strong> and not, as he said, on a possible political conspiracy<\/strong>. <\/p>\n According to the journalist, the newspaper gives a platform to Barbara Halikia<\/strong> and Dimitris Salatas<\/strong>, who, as he reported, provide additional evidence<\/strong> regarding the private management arm of OPEKEPE<\/strong>. <\/p>\n He also noted that one of the companies involved in the relevant reports, Cognitera<\/strong>, sent a cease-and-desist letter<\/strong> to the newspaper \u201cTo Manifesto\u201d<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Portosalte<\/strong> further argued that aspects of the OPEKEPE scandal<\/strong> have not been adequately discussed in the public sphere, while he assessed that two points have been confirmed by the developments in the case so far. <\/p>\n As he noted, the first concerns the position of Adonis Georgiadis<\/strong>, who had argued that the European Public Prosecutor\u2019s Office<\/strong> had created a political situation<\/strong> surrounding the case.
