Stefanos Kasselakis revealed that he does not have private health insurance in Greece, and the Minister of Health replied that he hopes he never gets sick, but, if necessary, \u201cwe\u2019ll take care of you,\u201d he told him characteristically.<\/p>\n
Mr. Georgiadis acknowledged the shortage of nurses as a major problem, while noting that the National Health System (ESY) is called upon to handle approximately 85,000 cases daily. \u201cDon\u2019t take it out on the National Health System,\u201d he said, and he also defended the appointment system via the 1566 hotline, noting that appointments are scheduled within a few days and total approximately 400,000 per month.<\/p>\n
