By decision <\/b>of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis<\/b>, the project titled \u201cSocioeconomic Development of the Just Transition Areas of the Peloponnese Region,\u201d with a total budget <\/b>of 63.8 million euros.<\/p>\n
This includes the following 8 individual projects\u2014public infrastructure\u2014<\/b> in the critical sectors of education <\/b>and social welfare<\/b>, transportation, and the upgrading of urban spaces and urban functions,<\/b> with a significant developmental impact across the entire region.<\/p>\n
1.Establishment of a Creative Activities Center (KDA) for children on the neurodivergence and autism spectrum.<\/p>\n
2.Tripoli Regional Road.<\/p>\n
3. Establishment of an agricultural school.<\/p>\n
4. Dimitsana Bypass.<\/p>\n
5. Industrial Park (BI.PE.) (Meligala).<\/p>\n
6. Central administrative headquarters of the Peloponnese Region.<\/p>\n
7. Digitization of Peloponnese Region archives.<\/p>\n
8.Digitization of Peloponnese Regional Authority services.<\/p>\n
According to the ministry<\/b>, these specific initiatives are designed to address identified needs<\/b> of local communities and serve as a concrete example of support for the transition of the DAM<\/b> in the Peloponnese region\u2014with a focus on the area of Megalopolis<\/b>\u2014toward a new and more modern development model.<\/p>\n
This decision activates the implementation process for the projects <\/b>that were approved for the Peloponnese region under Pillar III of the European Mechanism for Just Transition regions.<\/b> The funding <\/b>for these projects combines loans from the European Investment Bank (EIB) <\/b>with grants from the EU budget <\/b>and national funds.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
