The Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadis<\/strong>, speaking on SKAI\u2019s program \u201cAtairisto\u201d on SKAI, strongly criticized the course of PASOK<\/strong> and its president Nikos Androulakis, attributing the party\u2019s poor standing in the polls to misguided policy choices in recent years. <\/p>\n Mr. Georgiadis<\/strong> stated that Mr. Androulakis<\/strong> \u201cmissed a tremendous opportunity over the course of two years,\u201d choosing, as he put it, to focus primarily on voters who had left PASOK<\/strong> during 2012\u20132013, while neglecting those who remained in the party. <\/p>\n According to the Minister of Health, this effort was carried out in a \u201cvery clumsy manner,\u201d a fact that contributed to the further weakening of PASOK<\/strong>\u2019s electoral influence. <\/p>\n At the same time, he argued that within the realm of populism<\/strong> and the \u201cLeft,\u201d as he described it, Alexis Tsipras<\/strong> maintains a clear lead over Nikos Androulakis<\/strong>. <\/p>\n \u201cBetween Tsipras<\/strong> and Androulakis<\/strong>, in the realm of populism and the nonsense of the Left, Tsipras<\/strong> is clearly ahead,\u201d he stated characteristically, concluding that PASOK<\/strong> \u201cis rapidly heading toward an electoral rout<\/strong>.\u201d <\/p>\n<\/p>\n Georgiadis: \u201cIt\u2019s obvious that PASOK has shifted, and the reason for its poor standing in the polls is very simple: Androulakis wasted two years of a tremendous opportunity by chasing after the PASOK voters who left in 2012\u20132013.
