{"id":12819,"date":"2026-06-25T15:41:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T12:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=12819"},"modified":"2026-06-25T15:41:00","modified_gmt":"2026-06-25T12:41:00","slug":"anna-diamantopoulous-dig-at-marinos-skandamis-does-the-secretary-general-under-samaras-fear-that-new-democracy-will-come-to-power","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=12819","title":{"rendered":"Anna Diamantopoulou\u2019s \u201cdig\u201d at Marinos Skandamis: Does the Secretary-General under Samaras fear that New Democracy will come to power?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Response<\/b> to the former executive of <b>PASOK<\/b> and current shadow minister under <b>Tsipras<\/b>,\u00a0<strong>Marinos Skandamis<\/strong>, was given by <b>Anna Diamantopoulou<\/b> in response to his criticism of her. <\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that Mr. Skandamis <b>strongly criticized Anna Diamantopoulou<\/b>, stating that her public statements <b>in support of Kyriakos Mitsotakis and the New Democracy party \u201cobscure\u201d PASOK\u2019s message<\/b> and were a key reason for his departure from the party.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on Parapolitika 90.1, <b>Anna Diamantopoulou<\/b> responded to the criticism she received from  Mr. Skandamis, saying \u201c<b>He was Secretary-General of the government when Mr. Samaras was Prime Minister; is this gentleman afraid that New Democracy will come to power?
