[&#8230;]<b> You can\u2019t come here and say that PASOK is the party of major changes<\/b>, \u2018we implemented Kapodistrias, we implemented Kallikrates\u2019 <b>and at the same time, bring back the communities through the \u201cback door.\u201d [&#8230;] You can\u2019t do both<\/b>,\u201d said Mr. <b>Livaniou<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>The <b>Minister of the Interior<\/b> also refuted the claims that \u201cwe are \u2018secretly\u2019 introducing an electoral system\u2014in the middle of the term and on the sly\u201d\u2014when, \u201c<b>I personally presented the general principles at the (local government) conference in Rhodes<\/b>. <b>No bill has ever been discussed, especially not in recent years<\/b>. You can at least acknowledge that.
