When some people criticise the European Public Prosecutor’s Office <\/b>that the documents they send to Parliament are “legally untenable”<\/b> (see Makis Voridis<\/b>) or when legal circles argue that “it’s a laughing matter”<\/b> the well-known scribes of “objective” journalism and the political vultures<\/b> immediately spring up to slam them.<\/p>\n

When some bona fide people wonder how come Papandreou and her team send… for signature to Kovesi only names of blue MPs,<\/b>then then the neo-aurianists of PASOK come out and sing the vulgar theory of “blue locusts”<\/b>and that the OPEKEPE scandal “is blue”. (Note: Androulakis’s best man is in jail for the OPEKEPE subsidies.<\/b>)<\/p>\n

When some, also bona fide, wonder why the inept – otherwise – European Public Prosecutor’s Office has not requested the lifting of the immunity of Pavlos Polakis,<\/b> whose name, according to the dialogue from the attachments of the first file, which the European Prosecutor’s Office itself sent to Parliament, is mentioned in a third-party dialogue for “interfering” in the payment of organic products and even outside the programme.<\/b><\/p>\n

Really, how did they miss this?<\/p>\n

And is this the only thing that escaped their attention?<\/b><\/p>\n

Also, is it true or just rumour that in new (!) dossier that the (inept) European Public Prosecutor’s Office will send to Parliament contains (as has been rumoured in the last few days) votes from PASOK and Syriazas MPs;<\/b><\/p>\n

Conclusion: Otherwise, Adonis Georgiades is targeting European prosecutors…<\/b><\/p>\n
