The countdown to the payment of child allowance<\/strong> of 150 euros<\/strong> has begun. <\/p>\n

According to the schedule, payment is expected to be completed no later than Tuesday, June 30<\/strong>, with the financial assistance being automatically deposited into the bank accounts registered on myAADE.<\/p>\n

In total, 974,892 families<\/strong> are set to receive the emergency aid, while the total amount to be allocated reaches 240.1 million euros<\/strong>. The income thresholds cover approximately 80% of households<\/strong> with dependent children. <\/p>\n

Who is eligible for the allowance<\/strong> <\/h2>\n

Eligible recipients are parents with dependent children<\/strong>, based on the information reported in the 2025 tax return<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

For married individuals<\/strong> or those who have entered into a civil partnership<\/strong>, the total family income must not exceed 40,000 euros<\/strong>. The limit increases by 5,000 euros<\/strong> for each additional dependent child after the first. <\/p>\n

For single-parent families<\/strong>, the maximum income is set at 39,000 euros<\/strong>, and a supplement is also provided 5,000 euros<\/strong> for each additional dependent child beyond the first. <\/p>\n

Financial assistance<\/strong> is tax-exempt and exempt from seizure<\/h2>\n

This financial assistance<\/strong> is tax-exempt<\/strong>, non-transferable<\/strong> and unseizable<\/strong>. It cannot be seized by the government or banks and cannot be offset against debts owed to the tax authorities or the government. <\/p>\n

At the same time, a special procedure has been established for those who had a child after filing their 2025 tax return. <\/p>\n

If the child was added after the filing of the income tax return for the tax year 2024<\/strong>, the amount of the benefit is paid in equal shares<\/strong> to both parents, provided that the child is listed by July 31, 2026<\/strong> as a dependent of both parents.
