The trial regarding the death<\/b> of 17-year-old Angelos, on the eve of Epiphany in 2026 in Serres<\/b>. <\/p>\n

As reported by ERT, the prosecutor has requested a guilty verdict for the defendant on the charge of intentional homicide, under Article 299 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that the lawyers\u2019 closing arguments have already begun, and the court\u2019s decision will follow.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on Friday (June 26), the second day of the trial before the Three-Member Juvenile Court, the hearing was a marathon session, as it began at 9:00 a.m. and adjourned at 6:00 p.m.<\/p>\n
