Attendance of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Haris Theocharis<\/strong>, were signed on Thursday, June 25<\/strong>, two Memoranda of Cooperation<\/strong> were signed between the Greek companies TERNA S.A.<\/strong> and DP PUMPS GROUP<\/strong> and Naftogaz<\/strong>, the state-owned natural gas company of Ukraine. <\/p>\n

The signing took place within the framework of the International Conference on the Reconstruction of Ukraine<\/strong>, hosted in Gda\u0144sk<\/strong> in Poland, marking yet another step forward in economic cooperation between the two countries. <\/p>\n

Following up on the agreements signed in Kyiv <\/h3>\n

The new memoranda are a continuation of the Confidentiality Agreements<\/strong> signed on March 30, 2026<\/strong> in Kyiv<\/strong>, during the visit of Deputy Foreign Minister Haris Theocharis<\/strong>, who had led a Greek business delegation to Ukraine. <\/p>\n

This development confirms that cooperation between Greek companies and Ukrainian entities is progressing steadily, with the aim of implementing specific investment projects. <\/p>\n

The projects provided for in the agreements <\/h3>\n

The agreement between TERNA S.A.<\/strong> and Naftogaz<\/strong> concerns the development of cooperation on natural gas<\/strong>, energy storage<\/strong>, and renewable energy<\/strong> in the Odessa<\/strong> region. <\/p>\n

On the other hand, the agreement with DP PUMPS GROUP<\/strong> provides for collaboration on projects involving water infrastructure<\/strong>, pumping<\/strong> systems for power plants, as well as other energy facilities. <\/p>\n

The goal is Ukraine\u2019s energy security <\/h3>\n

The two agreements establish the framework for more active participation by the Greek business community in reconstruction of Ukraine<\/strong>, with an emphasis on the sectors of energy<\/strong> and infrastructure<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

At the same time, it is estimated that they will strengthen the country\u2019s energy security<\/strong> of the country, at a time when needs remain high due to the ongoing war. <\/p>\n

Who signed the memoranda <\/h3>\n

On behalf of the Greek side, the memoranda were signed by the Executive Director of International Markets at TERNA S.A.<\/strong>, Stathis Natsis<\/strong>, and the Chairman and CEO of DP PUMPS GROUP<\/strong>, Georgios Polemis<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
