Of the 1,171 positions we announced, 962 have already been filled. We are continuing our efforts to further strengthen the public health system and our hospitals.<\/strong>\u201d <\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"nso6z1\" data-start=\"2242\" data-end=\"2296\">     <strong data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2296\">Support for public hospitals continues<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2562\">     <strong data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2321\">Adonis Georgiadis<\/strong> stated that staffing public hospitals is a key priority for the ministry, noting that the recruitment process is ongoing, with the aim of meeting as many of the needs of the <strong data-start=\"2554\" data-end=\"2561\">National Health System<\/strong> as possible. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2805\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">     According to the data he presented, the announcement concerns <strong data-start=\"2621\" data-end=\"2647\">permanent physician positions<\/strong> in hospitals across the country and constitutes, as he claims, the largest such process ever carried out to date in the public health system. <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"el\" dir=\"ltr\"> I had promised to provide you with a detailed update on how our recent call for applications for physician positions in the National Health System (ESY) has progressed.
