{"id":1602,"date":"2026-04-20T18:58:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-20T15:58:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=1602"},"modified":"2026-04-20T18:58:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T15:58:00","slug":"takis-theodoricakos-productive-transformation-requires-dialogue-and-consensus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=1602","title":{"rendered":"Takis Theodoricakos: Productive transformation requires dialogue and consensus"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The provisions of the <b>Multilateral Bill<\/b> of the <b>Ministry of Development<\/b> were met with the <b>Ministry of Development<\/b>&#8216;s acceptance by the vast majority of stakeholders during the debate in the <b>Party Standing Committee on Production and Trade of the <b><a href=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.gr\/voyli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parliament<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>More specifically, according to a statement, <b>after the conclusion of the session during which the multi-bill was approved in principle, the stakeholders expressed their acceptance of the promoted reforms, which particularly concern<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The operation of farmers&#8217; markets, where licensing is simplified and the producer is strengthened.<\/li>\n<li>On the expansion and modernization of industrial enterprises, especially in Attica.<\/li>\n<li>On strategic investments, where the General Secretariat of Private Investments of the Ministry of Development becomes the sole body to receive such investments.<\/li>\n<li>On changes concerning the Development Law, aiming at transparency and ensuring public interest.<\/li>\n<li>In the tightening of the measures for the registration of lifts, so that a lift cannot be maintained if it is not registered in the register.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among other things, <b>representatives of the operators of popular markets expressed very positive words about the changes<\/b> taking place in open-air trade, while also making their remarks. As they said, the bill moves in a positive direction, as procedures are simplified, providing great help to producers, highlighting their substantial cooperation with the Minister of Development Takis Theodorikako.<\/p>\n<p>The statement of the <b>president of the Panhellenic Federation of Craftsmen Installers of Elevators (POVESA), George Vlassopoulos<\/b>, was also indicative. He noted that he is immediately awaiting the passage and implementation of the bill, stressing the importance of the national elevator inventory register that works positively for the industry.<\/p>\n<p>The Minister of Development, <b>Takis Theodorikakos<\/b>, thanked the stakeholders as a whole for their participation and suggestions. &#8220;<b>The culture that characterizes the political identity at the Ministry of Development is that of dialogue, an element that has been proven by actions and not by words<\/b>,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<b>I would like to underline the positive view expressed for all the interventions related to the strengthening, modernization and facilitation of the licensing of expansions and upgrades of industrial enterprises<\/b>, with a particular focus on Attica, an element that met with the approval of SEV,&#8221; he noted. <b>Theodoricakos<\/b>, making special reference to the very positive opinion of the Hellenic Union of Young Entrepreneurs on the strategic investments and the Development Law. &#8220;<b>I believe very much in the need to extend a super-deduction regime for investments and this should be our philosophy.
