The new version 2.0.0 of the timologio application <\/b> is now operational, incorporating the provisions of the relevant decisions on digital movement documents and electronic invoicing<\/b> (A.1123\/2024 – Phase B and A.1129\/2025).<\/p>\n
The main changes and additions include:<\/b><\/p>\n
1. Choice of language for issuing documents<\/p>\n
* A choice of language for issuing documents is now provided, Greek or English.<\/p>\n
2. Movement Documents (A.1123\/2024 – Phase B)<\/p>\n
new functionalities are activated for a better monitoring of movements. Specifically:<\/b><\/p>\n
* Addition of new types of Movement Documents 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2.<\/p>\n
* Possibility of Reverse Movement for documents of type 9.3.<\/p>\n
* Interface loss management for type 9.1, 9.2, 10.1, 10.2 documents.<\/p>\n
* Cancellation capability for type 9.1 and 9.2 documents.<\/p>\n
* Addition of “Under Weighing” indication and entry of packaging data.<\/p>\n
* Support for multiple linked MAPCs.<\/p>\n
* Entry of Purpose of Movement at line level and Other Reason for Movement.<\/p>\n
3. Search and View (A.1129\/2025)<\/p>\n
New functionality for searching and viewing documents is introduced:<\/p>\n
* Ability to search for documents as a recipient.<\/p>\n
* Display key data for all issued documents, regardless of whether they were issued through the timologio application.<\/p>\n
* Ability to view a document summary.<\/p>\n
* Ability to download a document in PDF format to electronic billing (timologio – Provider).<\/p>\n
* Addition of additional information, in case of handling, on:<\/p>\n
– payment methods,<\/p>\n
– multiple linked MAPKs,<\/p>\n
– packaging details.<\/p>\n
* Display of additional information, at line level, including:<\/p>\n
– TARIC code,<\/p>\n
– fees and other taxes,<\/p>\n
– specific line type,<\/p>\n
– line comments.<\/p>\n
The new version will be available after the upgrade which will take place on Wednesday 22 April 2026 (Hours: 7:30 – 9:30am)<\/b>. During this time the app will not be available.<\/p>\n
Within the next few days,a new version of the myDATAapp mobile app with corresponding functionalities <\/b>will be available for the second phase of digital goods movement monitoring.<\/p>\n
