{"id":2170,"date":"2026-04-23T12:30:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-23T09:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=2170"},"modified":"2026-04-23T12:30:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-23T09:30:00","slug":"dombrovskis-praises-greece-impressive-results-on-reforms-debt-unemployment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=2170","title":{"rendered":"Dombrovskis praises Greece: Impressive results on reforms, debt, unemployment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our country&#8217;s impressive results in reforms, debt evolution<\/a> and unemployment was mentioned by <b>European Commissioner, Vladis Dombrovskis,<\/b> during his meeting with Prime Minister, <b>Kyriacos Mitsotakis.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>As he stressed, &#8220;the Greece has a <b>strong track record<\/b> in implementing reforms and addressing the long-term structural challenges it faces, with <b>impressive results<\/b> if you look at both the evolution of debt and unemployment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Certifying his positive comments, he said Greece&#8217;s <b>GDP<\/b> increased by about 13.4% compared to 2018. Debt has fallen by almost 43% of GDP from its pre-COVID high in 2018.
