If someone <b>commits fraud in Greece<\/b>, steals <b>\u20ac1,000,000,<\/b> is caught and then <b>returns<\/b> the <b>money<\/b>, he remains <b>free<\/b>. How does this work? It was a shock to us.&#8221; <\/p>\n<figure>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive\">   <\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>So let&#8217;s explain to Ms. Covesi how and when this happened: on<b> 12\/23\/2010 the PASOK<\/b> of Evangelos Venizelos brings <b>Law 3904\/2010<\/b> (also signed by Venizelos), which provides that if someone has <b>withdrawn money<\/b> but returns it, then <b>he is not prosecuted. <\/b><\/p>\n<p>For the <b>second law<\/b>, things are even simpler, since it cited <b>Art.86<\/b> and the law on ministerial responsibility. That is, for the <b>spiritual child<\/b> of Mr. Venizelos. <\/p>\n<p>That is, in the systemic cover for <b>corruption<\/b> with convenient laws he found <b>two for two<\/b> Mr. <b>Venizelos<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>At the Delphi Economic Forum &#8211; and not the <b>Order<\/b>, as Ms. Covesi jokingly said &#8211; Mr. Venizelos was also <b>invited<\/b> yesterday.
