In indictments against two persons who were found dumping illegal rubble<\/strong> and waste<\/strong> in common area<\/strong> on Icaron Street, in Foinica<\/strong>, proceeded Municipality of Kalamaria<\/strong>, after recording two separate incidents of pollution in the area. <\/p>\n

The offenders<\/strong> were identified as part of inspections<\/strong> and monitoring<\/strong> of the area, on the road leading to the National Judicial School<\/strong>, uncontrolled dumping of building materials<\/strong> and other waste, causing serious environmental pollution<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The Municipal Authority<\/strong> reacted immediately, proceeding to identify the perpetrators<\/strong>, filing accusations<\/strong> and remediation<\/strong> and cleaning up the site<\/strong>, while at the same time proceedings are proceeding to impose administrative<\/strong> and financial penalties<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

At the same time, the Municipality of Kalamaria<\/strong> in cooperation with the authorities responsible for environmental protection<\/strong> of the El.A\u03a3.<\/strong> is proceeding to strengthen circumventions<\/strong> and inspections<\/strong> in the wider area, with particular emphasis on places where repeated phenomena of unregulated dumping of bazaars<\/strong> are recorded. <\/p>\n

The Municipal Authority<\/strong> is sending a clear message: no tolerance<\/strong> for practices that degrade the environment<\/strong> and endanger public health<\/strong>. Those responsible will be identified and brought to Justice<\/strong>. The City urges citizens<\/strong> and professionals<\/strong> to adhere to legality<\/strong>, use the prescribed collection procedures<\/strong> and actively contribute to the protection of public space<\/strong>. <\/p>\n
