{"id":2733,"date":"2026-04-27T13:02:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T10:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=2733"},"modified":"2026-04-27T13:02:00","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T10:02:00","slug":"androulakis-attacked-the-supreme-court-because-he-was-not-at-the-the-decision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=2733","title":{"rendered":"Androulakis attacked the Supreme Court because he was not at the&#8230; the decision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The PASOK&#8217;s choice to deal a la carte with court rulings has been confirmed by its president <b><a href=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.gr\/nikos-androylakis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nikos Androulakis<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>In light of the Supreme Court&#8217;s<\/i><\/i> decision, according to which that the case of the wiretapping was not withdrawn from the file, Nikos Androulakis comes back with shots against Justice, which he sometimes does not trust and sometimes respects, leaving it to do its job, as he has stated.<\/p>\n<p>This time, Nikos Androulakis chooses to attack the Supreme Court for its decision, even announcing an <b>extraordinary interview today, Monday, at 5 p.m., at PASOK&#8217;s offices in Charilaou Trikoupis.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Alongside the attack on the judiciary, Nikos Androulakis is again attacking the prime minister, <b>Kyriakos Mitsotakis<\/b>, who &#8211; according to the PASOK president &#8211; is to blame for everything, in the context of the narrative adopted by his party.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, commenting on the decision of the Supreme Court prosecutor, Mr Tzavellas, that <b>there is no case for the Supreme Court prosecutor&#8217;s office to withdraw the case of illegal surveillance<\/b>, Nikos Androulakis said: &#8220;In essence, the dimension of espionage and the connection between the state authorities and <b>predator<\/b> are buried once again!&#8221; He added that for weeks after the decision of the Athens Single Plenary Court, the Supreme Court remained silent, without conducting even elementary investigative actions. &#8220;Strangely, the retired Israeli officer, while blackmailing Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis in public and speaking clearly about his cooperation with the state, was not even called by Mr. Tzavellas to testify,&#8221; he said, adding that &#8220;the man who was blackmailing the Greek Prime Minister was not called to testify before the Greek judiciary.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;All this describes the situation regarding the rule of law and the separation of powers in Greece in 2026. This Greece is not worthy of the Greek people and for all this one person is responsible: prime minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis,&#8221; the PASOK president claimed. &#8220;Every democrat must fight for these people to become a thing of the past. As long as they remain in important positions of power, they are dangerous for the country,&#8221; he concluded.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, <b>Pavlos Marinakis<\/b>, while briefing political editors, stressed that the logic of separating judicial decisions is dangerous, while addressing PASOK, he said that in the past it had not given such examples of writing, while now it was imitating other parties.
