Adonis Georgiades<\/b> accuses Nikos Androulakis<\/b> of toxicity<\/b> and attacks<\/b> against the Prosecutors<\/b> of the Supreme Court<\/b> in the bugging<\/b> case. <\/p>\n

In a particularly sharp post on social media, Health Minister<\/b>, Adonis Georgiades<\/b>, launches a frontal attack on PASOK President Nikos Androulakis<\/b>, accusing him of “antagonistic” behavior<\/b> and selective trust in Justice<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The reason for the intervention of Mr. Georgiadis<\/b> was the reaction of Mr. Androulakis to the decision of the Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, Mr. Tzavela<\/b>, not to withdraw from the file the case of telephone tapping. <\/p>\n

The Health Minister underlines: “Mr. Androulakis claimed neither more nor less that the Attorney General of the Supreme Court, Mr. Tzavelas, is controlled by the government that appointed him<\/b><\/p>\n

Mr. Georgiades refuted the claims of government control of the judiciary,recalling the law passed by the Mitsotakis government in 2024<\/b>. According to him, judicial officials themselves nominate supreme court judges through a secret ballot<\/b>. <\/b><\/b><\/p>\n

The Health Minister accused the President of PASOK<\/b> of transferring a personal issue into the public sphere in an “absolutely toxic way”<\/b>, targeting any prosecutor who does not issue decisions to his liking.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Mr. Georgiades defended his own stance<\/b>, stating that his views on the Constitution and Article 90 coincide with those of prominent legal and political figures<\/b>, such as Venizelos, Pavlopoulos and the President of the Republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou. <\/p>\n
