US President Donald Trump<\/b> today discussed a new Iranian proposal to end the war<\/b> with his top national security<\/b> advisers<\/b>, White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt<\/b> said.<\/p>\nTrump’s demands<\/h3>\n
In response to questions from reporters, Levitt expressed no opinion on the proposal, under which the Strait of Hormuz would be opened and the discussion of Iran’s nuclear program would be postponed until later. But he said Trump’s demands remain the same.<\/p>\n
The U.S. president wants to open Hormuz and have Iran deliver its enriched uranium.<\/p>\n
