“The principle of separation of powers is directly violated.<\/b> The confirmation by two Supreme Court prosecutors is clear and leaves no room for misinterpretation. <\/p>\n
From the very first moment I had indicated that there was no question of spying and today this is fully confirmed. The second Zisis<\/b> dividend, to which I had first publicly referred, is now institutionally reinforced by the Tzavella Act<\/b>, giving a clear and well-founded answer. <\/p>\n
From there, there is a line that cannot be crossed. The Justice is not a tool for political exploitation. Especially when members of the legislature judge decisions based solely on their political interest, they directly violate the principle of separation of powers. A parliamentarian is not entitled to separate judicial decisions based on his or her desire<\/b>. Judges, moreover, for anyone with a modicum of institutional sensitivity – a member of the legislative function and anyone else – should neither be praised nor blamed.
