Greece does not deserve a leader of the opposition who has no confidence in the Greek judiciary.<\/p>\n
As we all know, on 30\/7\/2024, in a conclusion (286 pages after a nine-month investigation) the Areios Pagos<\/b> ruled on the interceptions that criminal responsibility for the interceptions with the illegal software Predator lies with the legal representatives of the four companies that operated it. <\/p>\n
That finding concluded that there was no “common center” at Maximos<\/b>. Specifically for the prime minister’s former secretary general, Gregory Dimitriadis<\/b>, the Supreme Court had concluded that it was never informed about the issuance of prosecutorial legal liaison orders, which persons the orders applied to and anything related to the case.<\/p>\n
This order did not sit well with the opposition – and especially with Nikos Androulakis,<\/b> who shortly afterwards triumphed by stepping on a decision of the Plenary Court in a case that did not concern him. Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that even after the decision of the Single-Member Plenary Court, there was no reason to retract because no new evidence was introduced in the case.<\/p>\n
So Mr. Androulakis, who has already stated that his confidence in the Greek justice system has been shaken, has lashed out at the Supreme Court, stating that “this Greece does not deserve the Greek people”<\/b>! The answer is one: Greece does not deserve a leader of the opposition who has no confidence in the Greek judiciary and rails against an institution with 192 years of life! <\/p>\n
