Accusing PASOK of “legal populism<\/b>“, Ilias Kanellis<\/b>, a journalist for the newspaper “Ta Nea”.<\/p>\n

In a statement to One about the party’s attack on Justice, on the occasion of the decision of the Supreme Court to not withdraw from the file the case of watching<\/b>, Ilias Kanellis spoke of “clownishness”<\/b>. He criticized PASOK’s attempt to present the narrative that the judiciary is dependent, laced with claims that small judges are good and big ones are in on the corruption, he said.<\/p>\n

He said specifically: “PASOK is making a story which goes over laws, over procedures and tries to make a story that the judiciary is dependent<\/b>. It’s a funny thing to do. Why is justice dependent? Because “the little judges are too good and they investigate. The big judges who are in on the tricks and in on the corruption don’t have that right.” This is buffoonery. This is legal populism<\/b>.”<\/p>\n
