The international cycling race Tour of Hellas 2026 is making a dynamic return to the Municipality <\/b>Heliopolis on Sunday 10 May 2026.<\/p>\n

Fleming Square will be transformed into a meeting point for sport, action and entertainment from 11:30 to 13:30, where young and old will have the opportunity to experience modern forms of sport, participate in interactive programs and experience the pulse of the great cycling event that passes through our city.<\/p>\n

Programme of Activities:<\/b><\/p>\n

– 11:30 – 12:00 | Parkour <\/b><\/p>\n

Open Parkour Training by the “Gymnathlos” of Ilioupolis, in collaboration with Thoukydideio Alimos, under the guidance of coach Pantelis Grafakos who has over a decade of experience as an athlete. Come and experience parkour and train with us!<\/p>\n

– 12:00 – 12:30 | Callisthenic Gymnastics<\/b><\/p>\n

The CONCEPT TERMINAL is waiting for you to discover together the top ancient Greek training experience through the world of Callisthenic Gymnastics! Its top instructors will present, impressive high level demonstrations, learning basic exercises for everyone, exciting challenges with great prizes!<\/p>\n

– 12:30 – 13:00 | Cross Training<\/b><\/p>\n

Palladion Gym brings the energy of Cross Training! In a specially designed space, with full equipment and under the guidance of coaches, you can participate in dynamic workouts and fitness challenges with prizes.<\/p>\n

Come to Fleming Square or pick a spot along the race route to encourage the athletes with your applause! <\/p>\n

As part of the event, the crossing of the race on Sunday 10 May 2026 will take place at 13:00 pm through the central square of the Municipality of Ilioupolis<\/b> and Fleming Square<\/b>, as well as an intermediate sprint on a straight course. <\/p>\n

The route passes through the following streets:<\/p>\n

– Odoi: Vouliagmenis Avenue – Ethnarchou Makarios – Eleftheriou Venizelou – Eleftheriou Venizelou – Irini Avenue – Andreas Papandreou – Marinos Antipas<\/p>\n
