The 89-year-old man who on Tuesday morning opened fire <\/b>at the offices of the EFKA in Kerameikos and at the Court of Appeal on Loukareos Street in central Athens, injuring a total of five people<\/b>.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/strong><\/strong>The 89-year-old was deemed temporarily detained<\/b> after his plea today at the courts of the former Evelpidon school with the concurrence of an interrogator and a prosecutor<\/b>.<\/p>\n In front of the interrogator, the accused<\/b> is said to have repeated what he had said in interrogation<\/b>. Namely that he had no homicidal intent<\/strong> and that he had been planning<\/strong> his attack for months.<\/p>\n “I had planned before Christmas<\/b> to go to Yika<\/b>, the Court of Appeal<\/b> and Stratum<\/b> to shoot without<\/b> wanting to kill<\/b> anyone.
