“The First of May <\/b>is another occasion to turn our attention to the working <\/b>citizen,” says Nikos Dendias in a post <\/b>he Nikos Dendias.<\/p>\n

“Have a good month. May Day recalls the struggles that founded labor rights. <\/b>It is another occasion to turn our gaze to the working citizen. The protection <\/b>and enhancement of living standards, the creation of new jobs and the fair distribution of the fruits of development<\/b> are the overriding priorities<\/b> of New Democracy<\/b>, according to its Founding Declaration”.<\/p>\n

This was noted by the Minister of National Defence, Nikos Dendias<\/b>, in a post on social network X, on May Day, and adds:<\/p>\n

“As Konstantinos Karamanlis<\/b> says in it, “private initiative cannot find its justification<\/b> without parallel participation of the broader popular classes in the distribution of the national product. Every citizen of this country must become a worker<\/b> together and a sharer<\/b> of economic prosperity and feel secure about his future and the future of his children.”<\/p>\n
