{"id":3653,"date":"2026-05-02T15:47:00","date_gmt":"2026-05-02T12:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=3653"},"modified":"2026-05-02T15:47:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T12:47:00","slug":"arrests-for-damage-to-the-athens-administrative-court-of-appeal-in-ambelokipi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.tomanifesto.gr\/?p=3653","title":{"rendered":"Arrests for damage to the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal in Ambelokipi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The arrest of <strong>three domestic women<\/strong>, aged <strong>25 and 23<\/strong>, was police officers for the case of <strong>extensive damage<\/strong> to the building of the <strong>Administrative Court of Appeal of Athens<\/strong> in Ambelokipi. <\/p>\n<p>This operation was carried out by forces of the <strong>DI.A.S.<\/strong> and the <strong>O.P.K.E.<\/strong>, which rushed to the site after a relevant order from the operational center of the <strong>G.A.D.A.<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>A case has been filed against the three women for <strong>corruption of property belonging to others<\/strong>, <strong>unlawful violence in conspiracy<\/strong> and <strong>refusal to fingerprint<\/strong>, by the department responsible for <strong>dealing with racist and extremist violence<\/strong>. Meanwhile, investigations are continuing to identify possible accomplices. <\/p>\n<p>According to police, a group of people with covered faces attacked the front of the building using <strong>hammers<\/strong>, <strong>fire extinguishers<\/strong> and <strong>bottles of red paint<\/strong>, causing damage. <\/p>\n<figure> <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.cachefly.net\/tomanifesto\/images\/placeholder.png\" alt=\"foto.webp\" data-dpc-media-id=\"187428\" class=\"lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/tomanifesto.cachefly.net\/image\/large\/94\/foto.webp\"> <\/figure>\n<p>Police officers located the three women at a nearby location, detained them and took them to the appropriate agency. <\/p>\n<p>A bag they had discarded was found in a bush near the spot. It contained <strong>hats<\/strong>, <strong>medical masks<\/strong> and <strong>black windbreakers<\/strong>, which were allegedly used to conceal their features. <\/p>\n<p>They were subsequently searched at their residences, where they were seized: <\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>masks<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>canister of <strong>red paint<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>notebooks with <strong>handwriting notes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>portable computers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>cell phones<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note that while on duty, the arrested women refused to submit to a <strong>fingerprint check<\/strong>.
