Titan America SA<\/b>, a subsidiary of Titan SA, has completed the acquisition of Keystone Cement<\/b>, a Pennsylvania-based cement and aggregates producer, following an agreement announced on January 9, 2026. <\/p>\n
With this completion, the three acquisitions announced by the Group since November 2025 have now been completed:<\/p>\n
– Vracs de l’Estuaire (Port of Le Havre, France)<\/b> -grinding plant with an annual clinker grinding capacity of 0.6 million tonnes. tonnes; announced on 6 November 2025 and completed on 2 February 2026<\/p>\n
– Tra\u00e7im \u00c7imento (Greater Istanbul, Turkey)<\/b> -cement plant with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tonnes, plus licence rights for a second production line of 2.5 million tonnes. tonnes; which was announced on 11 December 2025 and completed on 5 March 2026<\/p>\n
; Keystone Cement (Pennsylvania, United States) <\/b>-cement plant with an annual clinker production capacity of 990,000 short tons (short tons) and commercial opportunities in the aggregates sector; which was announced on 9 January 2026 and completed on 1 May 2026.<\/p>\n
