Kranidiotis<br \/>Lawyer<\/p>\n<h3>The incident at the Athenian Club<br \/><\/h3>\n<p>The incident between the president of the Electoral Alliance for Freedom, Zoe Konstantopoulou, and journalist Vasiliki Polyzou occurred a few minutes before the official lunch hosted yesterday, Tuesday, by the President of the Parliament Nikitas Kaklamanis in honor of Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew began.<\/p>\n<p>The journalist, who is in a legal battle with the president of the Eleftherias party, went to the Athens Club to cover the luncheon in honor of the prelate of the Orthodox Church .<\/p>\n<p>Zoe Konstantopoulou, upon noticing the presence of the journalist, asked the Speaker of the Parliament and the Director of International and Public Relations of the Parliament to arrest her. &#8220;She is a criminal element. I have moved against her for criminal organization,&#8221; Konstantopoulou said of the accredited parliamentary editor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But she is a journalist,&#8221; the Speaker of the House replied, but Konstantopoulou insisted on the journalist&#8217;s arrest, arguing that on the one hand the event was closed and on the other hand Vasiliki Polyzou could not have been in the venue as a parliamentary editor because, she claimed, there were no other colleagues.
