Tomorrow, Wednesday 13 May 2026,<\/b> is the nationwide, nationwide strike<\/b>, with a rally at Athens<\/b>, at 10.30am at Klathmono Square<\/b>, and in all cities across the country.<\/p>\n
This means that all public servants<\/b>, in every employment relationship, that public services are being “closed”.<\/p>\n
The ADEDY in an announcement<\/b> refers to what will happen tomorrow with the Mass Transport<\/b>. <\/p>\n
So according to the announcement<\/b>, in response to “news” posts by various media outlets, which do not correspond to reality but are constantly being reproduced, we clarify that Public Transport (PT) is not<\/b> part of the public sector,<\/b> the employees <\/b>in them are not covered by the ADEDY union and therefore our strike tomorrow will not affect their “normal” operation.<\/b><\/p>\nThe country is on strike<\/h3>\n
The country will be on strike<\/strong> tomorrow, Wednesday 13 May 2026, as ADEDY has called a 24-hour nationwide strike,<\/b> with key demands for wage increases<\/b> and labour rights.
