They were also briefed on the process of updating the <b>Threat Analysis<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>They also discussed issues related to the <b>common European defence<\/b>, as well as the situation in the <b>Middle East<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Greek Minister underlined the <b>need to strengthen the European defence industry<\/b>, with emphasis on innovation and the implementation of the Defence Readiness Agenda.<\/p>\n<p>He also raised with his counterparts, as well as with the Ukrainian Defence Minister, who participated via teleconference in the FAC &#8211; Defence, the <b>issue of the lifting of a Ukrainian maritime drone in Greece and the great danger this caused to the safety of navigation<\/b>.<\/p>\n<figure>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p lang=\"el\" dir=\"ltr\">I participated today in the Foreign Affairs Council (FAC) of the European Union, composed of Defence Ministers of the member states. <\/p>\n<p>I was briefed on the process of updating the Threat Analysis.
