File <\/b>against two brothers, a 23-year-old woman and a 28-year-old man<\/b> from Crete<\/b>, for insulting and threatening<\/b>an email message to Kosta Tsiaras<\/b> when he was Minister of Rural Development was formed by the Directorate of Cybercrime<\/b><\/p>\n
As stated in the announcement<\/b>of ELAS <\/b>the investigation was launched after a complaint<\/b> made in September 2025 about a threatening and abusive e-mail to the e-mail address of Mr. Tsiaras’ political office.<\/p>\n
According to information the e-mail <\/b>includedheavy abusive expressions<\/b>against Mr. Tsiaras and Kyriakos Mitsotakis<\/b> with threats such as “don’t believe that we won’t come one-on-one,<\/b> we will come and we will you f… the house”.<\/b><\/p>\nThe ELAS announcement <\/h3>\n
The Cybercrime Directorate formed a case file of regular procedure against two residents for threatening and insulting, via internet, against a political person.<\/p>\n
The investigation of the case was initiated after a complaint was filed against an email administrator, who according to the complaint<\/b> sent an email<\/b> in September 2025 to the email box of the political office, with threatening and abusive content against the political person.<\/p>\n
The preliminary material collected was brought to the attention of the competent prosecuting authority, which ordered a preliminary examination.<\/p>\n
From the subsequent thorough and thorough police and digital- internet investigation, <\/b>as well as from the correspondence with the managing company, electronic traces<\/b> and other available data were used, resulting in the identification of the involvement of the accused in the above criminal acts, as managers of the email box.<\/p>\n
