Attack against Nikos Androulakis<\/b>, in response to a report about rent collections of 1.2 million euros<\/b>, Adonis Georgiadis<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Specifically, the Health Minister, on the occasion of a publication of mononews.gr, according to which a few days before the first memorandum, the Land Registry rented a property owned first by his father and then by the president of PASOK<\/b> himself, renovated it with state money and since then the State has paid him 1.2 million euros, he notes about Nikos Androulakis: “He can blame everyone and wag his finger as the transgressive herald of morality, but he can no longer continue to do so.”<\/b><\/p>\n

“And he keeps this money in foreign banks as we have now all learned… Is all this legal? Probably. But is it also ethical? Certainly not!”<\/b> writes the Health Minister, in the wake of the publication of the background<\/b>, where Nikos Androulakis’ accountant forgot to declare a million euros.<\/p>\n

According to the mononews article, the case starts in 2009 when the lease of a 773 sq.m. building was decided after a tender. to house the services of the Land Registry in Heraklion, Crete, in a building in the “Tripiti”<\/b> location of the Katsampa district and on Meteora Street, consisting of a basement of 257 sqm, ground floor 257 sq.m, first floor 257 sq.m. owned by the father of the PASOK president’s father, Marinos Androulakis<\/b> and a well-known party official, as well as his mother.<\/p>\n

The agreed rent is 10.000 euros per month<\/b>, or 12.9 euros per square metre, with the contract between the two parties signed on 20 April 2010 – 16 days before George Papandreou’s announcement from Castellorizo and while Nikos Androulakis was a member of the PASOK Central Committee – by Marinos Androulakis, Kalliopi Androulakis and the representative of the company Ktomatologio A.E. Mr. L.A.<\/p>\n

According to the publication, an offer was submitted in this tender for a basement, ground floor and three floors, with a total area of 1,400 sq.m. with a monthly rent of 7.500 euros.<\/b><\/p>\n

As mentioned, in 2011 the property was passed to Nikos Androulakis through parental provision<\/b> and in 2013 the full transfer was completed with the resignation of his father from the usufruct. From that point on, the current PASOK president became the direct beneficiary of the contract. And since 2022, he now personally appears as a contractor with the Greek State, while he is already a party leader.<\/p>\n

The paper also notes that the State also undertook renovation work on the property<\/b> as, as the contract states, “the building is in good condition and has an elevator… The lessors provide from today permission to the lessee to make any additional non-agreed additions or improvements, which will be the sole responsibility of the lessee.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
