A mistake in the Background of the PASOK chairman by his accountant Nikos Androulakis<\/b> was enough to cause on the one hand a frontal confrontation with the government<\/b> and on the other hand to lead to new revelations about the now “famous” property<\/b> that the PASOK president rents to Public, but also for the renovation that was done in it.<\/p>\n
Until yesterday Nikos Androulakis denounced that the government and the Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiades<\/b>, organize slander and smear against him, aiming at his moral extermination.<\/b> He even countered the accusations of receiving millions and using state funds for renovations, noting that his income is taxed and that the money was given for the remodeling of a newly built building so that the Land Registry<\/b> can function properly.<\/p>\n
And while Charilaou Trikoupis and Nikos Androulakis are responding in very high tones to what the government is accusing them of and pointing the way to justice, PowerGame’s Big Mouth<\/b> column brings new revelations<\/b> to light. So, as he writes, the government not only undertook the renovation of the Androulakis family’s property, but at the same time contracted and paid the same family’s company to do some of the work.<\/b><\/p>\n
Nikos Androulakis, in his first reaction yesterday via a PASOK statement on the article about the family property they have rented from the Land Registry in Heraklion<\/b>, denied that he took money from the State for the renovation of the property, saying that “he did not take a single euro from the State for renovation”.<\/p>\n
The Big Mouth column, however, today refutes that claim, citing documents proving that the PASOK president’s family has a construction company that undertook some of the work done on the property.<\/b><\/p>\n
Specifically, the decision of the director of the Land Registry to “approve the payment of 2.435.40 euros, including VAT, to the company MARNI SA with VAT number 099462220<\/b> regarding the contracting of the services for the landscaping of the coastal entrance of the Land Registry Office of Heraklion, Crete” with protocol number 1110729 and dated 20 April 2011. “The company of the Androulakis family was contracted by the State for the landscaping of the coastal entrance of the property that the Androulakis family had leased to the State<\/b>,” the column notes, explaining that this was done for a sum of 2.435.40 euros, including VAT.<\/p>\n
The column says: “And this is because this phrase is solemnly refuted by the Diavgeia, which tells us that not only the State (correctly, correctly) undertook the renovation of the property of the Androulakis family, but at the same time assigned the company of the Androulakis family to do (without compensation) part of the work. In simple terms, the Androulakis family was paid to do work which, at the end of the lease, will be ‘left to them’ as an upgrade of the property’. Big Mouth adds, “Nor am I claiming that there is any collusion behind all of this. However, either way, PASOK’s claim yesterday that President Androulakis did not get a single euro for the renovation has been contradicted by the facts<\/b>.”<\/p>\n
This new revelation was pointed out to X by Adonis Georgiades<\/b> who attacked Nikos Androulakis vehemently yesterday after the revelations about the family property in Heraklion.<\/p>\n
“The truly demonic reporter @KourtakisJohn (and I don’t say that ironically but literally) has again found what looks like something of interest in @androulakisnick’s property. Read from today’s @PowergameGr,” Adonis Georgiades says, referring to the column.<\/p>\n
At the same time, the Big Mouth column goes on to reveal another new mistake in Nikos Androulakis’\u03b8\u03b5\u03bd Geschehen.<\/p>\n
Specifically reveals that Nikos Androulakis appears as a shareholder with a 2% stake in the company MANI SA. A company however whose name is not correct, as its real name is MAR.NI SA. <\/b>As the column reveals, the company has been counting since 1999, has a capital of 1,512,052.50 euros and has multiple activities ranging from trading in potatoes, meat and fish to “construction, maintenance and contracting of private and public works”.<\/b> This company was paid for the landscaping of the entrance to the Androulakis family’s building in Heraklion that houses the local Land Registry.<\/p>\n

Adonis Georgiades today continued his confrontation with Nikos Androulakis, this time on the subject of the low bidder who was cut out of the tender for the lease of the property in Crete for the Land Registry.<\/p>\n
In particular, Mr. Georgiades, speaking to Action24 on Friday morning, stressed that when the property in Heraklion was leased “the evaluation committee approved the four bids of which the cheapest was that of Mr Androulakis and rejected the fifth which was significantly cheaper.”<\/b><\/p>\n
“The issue is more serious in the end,” Georgiades stressed, adding that N. Androulakis “has started with a series of lies. He said he was renting since 2004. Here something does not add up. If there was a previous contract with the land registry from 2004 then why was the tender in 2009 and 2010 does not fit.<\/p>\n
If it was in another department is irrelevant to what we are discussing. Why is he mentioning it.” Georgiades stressed, noting that the PASOK president did not clarify whether the contract was signed in 2004 “under the Simitis government or the Karamanlis government? <\/b>Neither did he tell us that.<\/p>\n
I am listening to you, as I have learned to be suspicious and I say this, Mr Gerorgiadis stressed: “He says Mr Androulakis is not my first contract in 2010, it was in 2004. The 2004 election was in March. Did the contract take place before the March elections? I don’t know, I haven’t seen the contract. I would like him to present it to us.”<\/p>\n
