The Minister of Environment and Energy, Stavros Papastavrou, speaking at the 16th Conference<\/b> of ND <\/b>said that “what unites us is an unshakeable belief in common values, patriotism<\/b>, the benefit of the many over the interests of the few and freedom.”<\/p>\n
“This is our dna<\/b>, our identity<\/b>, the intangible material of which our fighting<\/b> is made. To be a SW requires having or having adopted this dna<\/b>. This is what has kept us standing<\/b> and makes SW strong and prominent. The soul of the party is not given away, is not transferred and does not belong to anyone,” Papastavrou added.<\/p>\n
“Right now, the first drilling<\/b> is scheduled to take place in February 2027. <\/b>The estimated public revenues<\/b> reach 10 billion.<\/b>Our country is third in the world in solar<\/b> participation<\/b> in the energy mix<\/b>and in terms of general energy<\/b><\/a><\/a><\/a>we are ninth in the world,” he noted, stressing that “whoever controls his energy controls his destiny.”<\/p>\n
“We have advanced marine<\/b> spatial planning by exercising our sovereign rights in the field. Kyriakos Mitsotakis<\/b> proved that the environment is a national issue,” the minister noted.<\/p>\n
“After the congress<\/b> we have a big battle which will prove that the New Democracy remains the broad social majority. We will contrast the toxicity of our opponents with our work<\/b>.
